Olive Films was founded by Akshat in 2014 with a vision to bring positive change through the power of storytelling.
We believe content can be engaging, relevant and empowering and look forward to collaborations and original content that can add value to the world.
We don’t see ourselves as creators of content but rather creators of change!

Yogi, Filmmaker, Satvik chef.
In his 18 years of experience Akshat has worked across multiple fiction and non-fiction formats and directed award winning shows like Koffee with Karan, The Stage, Asian Paints Har Ghar Kuch Kehta Hai to name a few.
He’s called the Chief Energy Officer of the team and is forever excited with the prospect of improving not only the content but even the process of filmmaking. In 2017 he led Olive Films to go Zero waste and Plastic Free and the concept inspired many in the fraternity to follow suit.
His vision is to create mainstream content that would lead to a more empowered, responsible and conscious civilization.
He is the founder of Akshat Yoga – offering Classical Hatha Yoga, Conscious living, Holistic health & nutrition programs globally.
